Good Example Of Risk Management In Small Caps

Hybrid Power Solutions just went public in December. Already had revenue, and using IPO to expand. Picked up 1k position for $400. Makes portable industrial scale batteries..mining, defence, job site power generators ++++.  Absolutely no guarantee...but NXO was an R&D company with no revenue then or now as has been constantly hammered home.

My $400 investment limits my risk...and upside of course...but downside protection is more important playing with risky emerging companies...a lesson partially driven home here

LOL  The one man who made big $ off NXO while it went fro 3.70$ to 3 Cents.  The Man Who Laughs at those who Held yet says NXO shares should not be sold LOL  The Man who Says Paul deserves his 300k a year Salary.  The man who says this is normal to have a company ...more

Don't forget the genius that bought 10 million shares and never sold a single share.  the genius that posts 1000s of bashing attack posts across multiple usernames and multiple platforms the genius who cries he can't sell the stock because it's illiquid and yet somehow he was able to buy  the genius that predicted the company was "all done" a year ago but ...more

Of Course We cant Argue with Results!  As we can All see those who defended NXO all the Way from 3.70$ down to 3 cents per share.  Now that is what we call Being right !
Comment by BarstoolSage on Feb 12, 2024 8:16pm
So then what do you call someone who buys millions of shares and holds on to the bitter end, complaining all the way down that the company, management, and everything just sucks?
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 13, 2024 7:02am
Not the same  I believed at one point the lies that were being presented to us.  I was wrong to believe. Now the truth is obvious for all to see. Equally a failure.  The difference is I admit I was wrong where as the other still defends NXO and acts as if people believe his dilusions.  Its like he cant admit the share price is down 99%
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 13, 2024 9:33am
Nope. We all know it's down 99%. We all know you lost 99%. $millions. It's like you made that part up and never actually invested a penny of your family's former fortune. You must have awesome birthday parties.  We all know it was WRONG to buy it.  But only in hindsight   We all know you were even MORE WRONG  to never sell a share. Even buying more!?!?!!! As ...more

As long as we can Agree that NXO is a bad company then thats all that Matters :-)  Im happy you agree that NXO is a Horrible Horrible Company  NXO  0 Sales  100% failure on all projects Losses and More Losses  Shareprice down 99%  CEO pays Himself 300k a year while they have 0 Revenue  Never Made 1$ in Revenue  Agreed !
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 13, 2024 7:25pm
Bizarre that makes you happy. But okay, whatever floats your boat. And I don't think he pays himself 300k a year. Sorry for bringing your numbers you pull out of thin air. Or somewhere.

LOL ! You call that DD.
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 13, 2024 9:13am
Nope. Gaslighting as usual. The only on around when this stock was $3.70 was DD. Or $2. Or $1.  Yes Please, let's talk actual factual results. The greatest of all times genius isn't the guy that pointed out the gaslighting, it's the Euclid of math, the Oxford of grammar, the Buffet of investing, the guy that OWNED the stock all the way down from $$$ to ccc. Talk is cheap, but it ...more

At Least I can admit I was Wrong  Unlike someone else here who Cant admit NXO is a Horrible company who failed and has never ever been close to success.  You keep replying to my posts why ?  Defending NXO s Reputation ? LOL  What do they have worth defending ?  They are a complete failure !
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 13, 2024 7:30pm
Nobody is defending them sport. I'll say it again. Pointing out you are WRONG is not the same as defending them.  Let's review. You were WRONG, and continue to be. Nobody is defending the company or the stock. Now repeat this every day before you start posting.
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 14, 2024 9:51am
Moe  I dont see how saying the share price would collapse and they would never have any sales is wrong .  They have no sales  and share price indeed went from 3.70$ to 3 cents today.  If anything you should be agreeing with me.
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 16, 2024 10:00am
I never said the stock did not collapse in a massive meltdown. It did. That's a fact. However, you were wrong to not sell a single share all the way from 3.70 to 3 cents. You've agreed, so I don't get what you are confused about. You were also wrong to not only not sell, but you new better because you posted with much gusto thousands of bashing posts that screamed sell this stock. But ...more

And I've heard that admitting you have a problem, or admitting you were wrong is the hardest step to redemption. Once you admit you were wrong you can remedy your situation. Or so I've heard.
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 16, 2024 11:44am
I was Wrong to buy and Average down hoping for a spike ... 100%  but I was right about NXO being a Garbage company
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 16, 2024 4:07pm
Okay, good. Both are true. Now which one of those two statements had zero impact on your investment, and which one explains 100% of your losses?  and...... which one is and was completely beyond your control, and which one was/is completely your own choice and responsibility?
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 16, 2024 11:35am
I never bought at 3.70  i bought at 1.70$ and it was straight downhill from there LOL
Comment by BarstoolSage on Feb 12, 2024 10:53am
Just for giggles DD....who else am I on this board? That is after all your insinuation...made plenty of times with others. Am I a pumper or a basher? A liar or a usefull/useless shill? Wiley as a fox or dumb as a rock? Do I live in my mother's basement? Am I some troll?  You can be honest with me if you can.
