Sometimes I wonder how some of these folks like Paul whose making statements of guidance can't be held accountable for their baseless statements to shareholders. They should be definitely be investigated but I guest the regulators would say no budget. Then why should they run a service as such. But you can't any negative statements about them.  For the present employees what active ...more

Famar I think you are 100% right  Paul made soo many statements on numerous products ...  I wonder what Moe thinks about this ?
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 27, 2024 1:07pm
You would think a normal person would have learned, the hard way, to say nothing. But then, we aren't happy when the company provides no comment on any outlook, are we ?
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 27, 2024 2:15pm
Hi Moe  I would say there is a 3rd option called Honesty and integrity.  how about an updating telling the Truth ?  Dear Shareholders  We have nothing and there is no hope .  Sincerly  Paul CEO  LOL
Comment by Roadrunner71 on Feb 27, 2024 3:26pm
@Damn, I seriously doubt that moe, Paul or the rest of what's left of NXO know the meaning of those two words. I would not even try to explain such a complex understanding to them ....pointless.

Stunningly helpful words of wisdom. Forget Wylie, we found our genius.
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 27, 2024 9:24pm
How would that help? You've said this 1000 times, so you must already have convinced yourself. Who's left to convince and what would it matter ? Would you feel better?
Comment by Maxmoe on Feb 27, 2024 1:05pm
Yup. Legal precedents change of course, but in the USA, the most litigious place on earth, there can be consequences to unfair antics like a pump and dump. Strangely, they don't crack down on shorts that spread exaggerated claims nearly as much as the old school sweatshops. All investor presentations start with the "safe harbour" clause to protect from lawsuits for making a future ...more

Beyond that, most of their releases are full of weasel words...words that hedge what they say...anticipates...moving closer to.....edging toward....in conversation with....words that are simply full of air. Kinda like a warranty for products you buy that negate most everyting in the fine print. Too bad it makes those who blame everyone but themselves seem incapable of wearing the big boy pants ...more

Even if one sold and moved on i doubt they would have a kind opinion of NXO ... So that has 0 bearing on the conversation.  Dont forget all the interviews and news releases where Paul promised Double Take Production and sales estimates.  Dont forget all the new releases and interviews where NXO uses the word ( customers ) when its clear to all and proven that they have no customers ...more

If someone sold at a loss and moved on they would not have a kind opinion of the company or their predicament...which is definitely an important point...especially if someone else hangs on tight with that same negative opinion and maybe worse...because they see management as lowlifes who lie.  But more importantly, who is better off....the one who sold and learned, or the one who hangs on ...more

Barstool  suing NXO would be like Sueing a rock.  There is no money there.  So for now I will stay here and express my opinion.  Until NXO has sales or goes under.  What else could an NXO shareholder do !
Comment by BarstoolSage on Feb 28, 2024 9:11pm
It's called insurance and every company has it to protect their directors....any  excess might be out of pocket....such suitable punishment for them if they are as guilty of bad faith conduct as you allege. And it does not cost you a cent to call or to sue. What is holding you back?
Comment by Damn1212 on Feb 29, 2024 2:51am
If they do have one please provide the COI for all to see with coverages and policy #.  Ive never seen Insurance on their Financials.
Comment by BarstoolSage on Feb 29, 2024 10:16am
That would never show as a seperate line item...it would be aggregated with admin ...and policy details etc are never published so not public information...having to explain that to you makes me wonder.  I thought you'd be thrilled to have a way to recoup some of your losses and "stick it to em", ...I really don't understand why you would not want to pursue action based on ...more

Exactly  You have no proof they have such coverage.  Get a policy number and coverage details and I would have a look.  These Guys dont even have a physcial address or 1$ in revenue. You think they have insurance ?  I highly doubt it !
Comment by BarstoolSage on Feb 29, 2024 2:48pm
Are you being obstinate due to your ignorance of how things work? NO ONE will be a director of a public company UNLESS there is director liability insurance. It is simple due diligence on their part. Why would they expose themselves to risk of being sued personally and being on the hook for legal fees and third party liability?  I offered you a way of getting some money and retribution for ...more

If you are soo sure send over the Insurance COI and Policy Number.  You can insult people all day long But until you can provide a COI and Policy number you are just pushing FLUFF ... ( are you from NXO ? Fluff is all they have ever done)  On side note , I highly doubt any insurance policy will cover a director againt Criminal actions. im Not here to debate you on possible litigation, ...more

As insurance details are not published, no can do. But asking for the impossible is a good way to hide from reality....so good on ya mate. True colours showing and glowing bright. From your own mouth, instead of launching civil action that costs you nothing, you'd rather spend all your time here slagging away at directors and management for lying and their zero in sales....you are one ...more

I never blamed anyone for the losses nor do i expect or want any sympathy from anyone.  Im certainly Not in any way blaming anyone for my actions.  I am 100% going to continue discussing NXO for what they are. A company that claimed to have multiple Ground Breaking products over the course of 8 years and that so far have 0 sales.
Comment by Maxmoe on Mar 01, 2024 3:34pm
yup. I came to the same conclusion months ago. "As a squirrel deposit". There's some sort of schadenfreude or self schadenfreude going on. It's sad.  anyone who's remotely familiar with public companies understands the insurance policy they all must carry. It can actually trigger the end if the insurer refuses to renew it. The entire board would instantly resign and ...more

Nxo may make revenue based on Pristine Summit product. They have been active pristine. I see they have job as hiring sales of it. I see 5d ago linked profile updated taking about it like 5 days ago a good post. I'm holding confidence that something will come. Once summit starts selling then bam. If not then no money but it's up to Pristine to sell this product not Nexoptic. They are kinda ...more

....so what if Paul and Rich takes NXO private after paying themselves their salaries and bonuses. Could happen and very possible. They can accumulate shares in some Trust account and then control the direction of the company.
Comment by Blueshoes on Mar 04, 2024 9:48am
What if that doesn't happen, very well could not happen? Lol
Comment by Blueshoes on Mar 04, 2024 9:49am
Don't u think once anyone hits 11percent of shares held it would have to be disclosed...
Comment by Damn1212 on Mar 04, 2024 10:36am
Aside From Blue's Comment which is 100% accurate the next logical point is :  if someone was accumulating shares we would see major upward price Action.  Shares outstanding are 190 000 000  300k Shares moves this up 15% ...  So imagine what 20 000 000 would do  or even 40 000 000 ...  Even spaced out over 1 month the price would increase 500% -1000% percent. ...more

Highly unlikely scenario. No way anyone would take their comp in the form of nxo shares. For starters, as soon as they are "paid" anything, they have to cut a cheque to Justin Trudeau for taxes to cover the cost of another million immigrants. Those 3rd class fleabag motel rooms aren't free.  secondly, nxo is insolvent. As 1212 mentioned a couple times, there is zero revenue ...more

More plausible outlook is that there is a share consolidation. Close to 200 million shares out ...so a 10 for 1 would bring that down nicely. . Companies with a small float tend to perform better than those with huge outstanding amount that does not move much when large lots are traded. Fewer shares, better ride when\if demand rises .. Then again....whotf knows? All is speculative in this ...more

Usually. But there are always exceptions. I bought GE when it did a roll up.  Yes, that GE, that used to be part of the dowJones and one of the biggest American companies was almost snuffed out in the pennies. In USA under $5 is the pennies.

LOL. DD for chairman and CEO ! The only way the fud spam stops other than cease trade/delisting.  Logically, share roll ups are pointless, but micro pennies don't trade based on logic anyway, so sure, why not. Unless DD or someone else thinks the massive patent portfolio and enormous pipeline of new verticals is worth $$, nxo is a 0. No matter how many shares make up the denominator ...more

Diamond and diamond ads on tv look like ambulance chasers looking for personal injury settlements. I don't know the other two. But I'd add Siskinds to the list. They sued the issuer, their underwriters (BMO &pals) , and the directors and management that cashed out shares alongside the IPO that was ...more
