From what I can see the only downside would be to not reinvest into something else right away. I'd be curious as to the side deal management has attained to endorse this sale. Definitely not happy

I suppose I should add there is the possibility of a "bumpitrage "situation emerging whereby somebody acquires a greater than 10% holding in hopes of forcing a higher offer from Velvet.

Now that management is endorsing the .845 offer, how is a $1 still in the cards? Could another buyer offer more than velvet? But why would they if mgt has already accepted a lower offer?
