We have been stuck in an area for a while now, last week IBR made a move to .59 which failed to carry higher. Such a move is very very indicative of a more powerful move coming. Atleast now we know the direction of the upcoming move. Shares are being accumulated at the moment, when enough shares are accumulated the stock will take off, which should be soon enough. A PR is expected around March 20.
