RE:30%

RE:30%I think there are many longs, me included, that push the 30% number well in excess of 50% of the total outstanding share float.  No deal will fly unless the expectation of a fair appropriately priced offer - much higher than the current market price - is met.  I've been through this with IAE where shareholders got screwed by the biggest insider, the Delek Group.  The difference in this case is IBR's biggest shareholder isn't a private oil and gas company looking to take over a great money producing asset for cheap before any news on testing tranformational wells was released.  Josh and Bison are actually on our side standing against the cheap suited wolves at the door.  IBR management, as I'm observing, will remain focused on their plan to grow value in the company and at some point will be rewarded by a larger operator looking to carry on growing a great asset needed to offset growing holes in their own portfolio.  Patience is needed now that we shareholders finally have something good to be optimistic about.
