If Velvet cant make a deal it will hinder their growth substantially. They need this land to continue and my money is betting on a deal being completed. If it doesn't get completed, financing will be and this company will growth on its own. This is a management team that knows what they are doing. Some of their members were key players who contributed to the huge success of Tourmaline and Duvernay.
