RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:But this does have a serious stink to itWe do not need Velvet now or in the future. Their tactics with this offer should be evidence enough for management to avoid working with them going forward. IBR is not in a desperate situation. I don't think we need a white knight at this point. If there is a reasonable way to secure funds without diluting our shares, I would be all for that. I would think that with well results and increased production, the line of credit will be increased (would be nice if we found someone other that National Bank as they screwed over RMP in the past). Cash flow has got to be better with new production. I wonder if they could monetize their Tangled Creek investment and use funds to drill. So far the new management team has done well and given me optimism that the share price will improve (I have been heavily invested for 5 years in this company and it has been stressful). The best case scenario for us is to allow management to build value by developing what we have while not diluting our investment. I look forward to a plan going forward to secure funds so we can see the fruits of developing this great resource.
