Velvet makes an offer for IBR

I told everyone this would happen. But considering IBR's latest well results, I believe the offer is too low. If IBR shareholders all phone Kingsdale Advisors and make it clear that Velvet has to sweeten the bid, we should get a better deal. Flood them with calls, they will get the idea.
