Problematic Land Geometry

If IBR's land is so problematic, why would they want it? Velvet makes it sound like they are doing us a favour. Perhaps they specialize in purchasing inferior land packages :) Can't wait to hear managments rebuttal.

If you over lay a map of IBR'S land on to Velvets you will see how well it fits in with Velvets . I will not be giving up my shares that easily .

One big issue staring Velvet in the face is that IBR's phase 1 development will be drilling up 10 contiguous sections of land (Sec's 17 & 18 T68 R2, Sec's 13-18 & 21-23  T68 R3) situated right between Velvet's 2 best wells.  There's a near term development map that lays out well orientation on Figure 1 of IBR's Oct 11th 2017 Holding Application (over 40 ...more

Any idea when IBR plans to begin drilling phase one development? Management better announce soon what they intend to do to fend off Velvet's takeover attempt. IBR is currently trading 236,500 shares thus far today, not to mention large trading volume in previous trading days. I assume it is Velvet purchasing most of the shares despite the fact that it is for more than their 75 cents offer ...more
