The way I see it

Management is purposely withholding on informing the shareholders of their projected path...

If they did, some people (especially arbitreurs) would tender...

They will inform us once their jobs are secured...

Make promises and blow sunshine up our ***, just to keep us from selling out of fear of missing out.
