Why, long weekend in US and Canada, perfect timing, all law suits should be settled by November election. That would mean, DEA  Imminent,  ummmmmmm.

It seems you are speaking of American legalization of marijuana (tomorrow?) but DEA usually refers to the drug enforcement agency.  can you clarify

Sure, if your going to invest in something you should research first and asking questions is good so I apolgize for my previous response. The Drug Enforcement Agency is what all pot investors in Canada and the States are waiting on and that should be coming to fruition(end) once the DEA reschedules pot in the US from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3.   Schedule 1 classification of Marijuana puts it

Thanks dude, what makes you think legalization is coming any day? Does it not have to pass through the Senate before the DEA could reschedule it. It seems the Democrats and Republicans can get nothing done and with the election coming in September we do not know who will control the Senate going forward. I feel it could be years before American legalization.

Like everyone else you talk to or listen to or watch I have surmised that the only people who know are the folk at the DEA. So know one knows and from my dd it has be done months before the November election or Joe misses the pot smokers vote and there are alot and he knows it.   I chose today simply because it's a long weekend and most Governments like to give people Good or Bad news on
