the huge amount of new shares has been sold to Terra Nova which has change name for MIL. They are owners of the ScotOil (0915988 BC LD) new issued shares. Old Oilexco shares are not MIL. And the old Oilexco shares represent effectively about 0.5% of today's total: 22,400,000 / 4,021,400,000 = 0.557% .
And yes we are worth
.05/ new shares. This equal to
.005 / Oilexco shares taking in account the 10/1 reverse split not done yet from the transfer agent.
These are the numbers I get.
