Expanded Calc of MDL/TZGUsing the 100 share scenario:
100 shares MDL were trading around $1.20 per share prior to the spin-off - worth $120.00
After the in specie & 1:10 reverse - you'd have:
26 shares of TZG at $2.87 = $74.62
10 shares of MDL at $4.99 = $49.90
Total Value = $124.52
Valuation after spin-off, etc is only a 3.77% gain (124.52/120)
