mdl shareholders got 0.2633 share of TZG for every mdl share.

Then mdl consolidated - AFTER the in specie distribution of the TZG shares - on a 1:10 reverse split.

So if you had 100 shares of mdl - you got 26 shares of TZG.... then your 100 shares of mdl dropped to 10

Your 2.633 is the ratio after the reverse split consolidation of mdl - NOT the ratio given in the spin-off.

Your calculations are off by a factor of 10.
