RE: iop numbers game
RE: iop numbers gameI like your analysis but it doesn't take account of what exactly pre-dist MDL was being valued on, and adding the two post-dist does not represent all that has happened. TGZ for instance now has $140MM in new cash from all those new shares, plus the cash what was left over from the prior issue (minus debt repayment and the $50MM it gave to MDL.) It is all too complicated for my little brain but I remain convinced the whole idea is to combine the OLE and TGZ properties (they look so close on the map) and I believe they will not pay much more than 1.15 plus a premium to shareholders and payout the jv partners on some equivalent basis (OLE OWN ONLY 40% of the propertes.) I am simply saying that if I can get 10% MINIMUM on OLE shares in 30 plus days then I want to buy more OLE. It is not a sure bet but the odds are good. After all, what else is OLE going to do...borrow multi-hundred millions to proceed with development on its own while satisfying the licence needs.
