Goldfather-- I , for one , do believe Chet is already negotiating hard and would love to sell now AT HIS PRICE....However , I also believe he would lose face ( and be a fool ) to sell at today's going rates for gold in the ground----especially when there seems to be a light at the end of this tunnel within the next 6-12 months. ( for all the reasons Tony has been posting ).This project is sorely undervalued at this time and has a realistic chance to significantly improve in the not too distant future.... IMHO
