Tony/Topoftheridge-----Thank you both for your thought provoking comments....I believe we agree that "some" value more than zero should be applied to this property for such a large blue sky but that value may be decreasing with time.....On the other hand , if price of gold goes up , blue sky value may actually increase..As Tony said , " Time will tell "     Best Wishes & GLTA         Arlene2
