In mid August 2012 , when article first came out , Teranga was considered very undervalued at $1.70/share....As of mid January 2013 , Teranga now at $2.30---maybe still undervalued but not nearly so much.......Perseus , on the other hand  , had a stock price of $2.40/share in mid August 2012  and as of mid January,2013 is at @$2.19....IMO , an all stock deal (or any deal) would not be very attractive to the 460 million shareholders of Perseus.....    Obviously I could be wrong / I have been before.....
