Options information....
Options information.... According the May 29th 2012 pamphlet I received in the mail, OLE management had a total of 13,459,000 options with a combined weighted average of $1.08. Included in that figure are 4,650,000 that were given back in 2011 at $1.30. The remaining number of them are priced at $.65 and $.92.
They would need an almost exactly $450 million dollar bid (using 43.5% and 151 million fully diluted shares) to get to the $1.30 per share figure. They will probably have more than 43.5% when the deminishing Badr % is figured out but we have to stick with what we know in order to guess at a price per share. This figure also does not include the cut Senegal will get. I do not know what that will be or how it is structured.
