In regards to the FS, I am going to go against most of the thinking on the message board and predict that is OLE surprises to the upside, the stock price will jump over $1.00 immediately.
While some people feel that it is going to take some time to analyze the data, you need to remember that OLE has been in talks with at least 1 buyer for over a year and the have signed Confidentiality Agreements to have access to OLE's internal data.
I see the FS as a confirmation of what they already know and will give OLE some negotiating power as well as any suitable the comfort that the gold is there.
I am sure a bunch of people will bash my opinion as that seems to happen everytime I type something, but almost striking a deal a little over a year ago leads me to believe that the FS is a way to justify the price Chet wants.
Also, I hear the FS will be out this week, so we won't have to wait until after the super bowl. I hope this week bring the good news will have all been hoping for...
