Tony, I don't think the question is who but when. IMG has recently lost 50% of their market cap which makes them a takeover target themselves along with the fact that some larger shareholders are being vocal with their displeasure of management. If they have $2b in liquidity, this can only add to their own buyout concerns. Chet would love $1.50/share but now knows he probably won"t get it. IMO he will look out for number one and  try to spin this in his favour. Hope I am wrong but haven't seen to many large premiums paid in the last while for pieces of land.
