Is Chet or is Chet not risking everything on doing a deal? He let the company coffins go to the point where they had to secure a loan. They do d ick for promotion outside of Grandich (why is this David Scott guy even there? What could he have possibly done other than answer phones?) . They stated for a year+ about a possible deal. 

So assuming that was their plan, what if plan doesn't materialize? Hasn't he risked all our equity without a safety net?

I'm more than willing to be told different but with facts please.
