I do not think TGZ can do a deal with...... their stock tanking like this. After crunching some numbers it is just too low. How can they justify it to their share holders. Their dilution would be massive. They may wait until sentiment improves. However, if they do not move soon both companies could be stolen by a major taking advantage of the sectors weekness.
