Thanks Cap, I guess I was not far off with my Badr % ownership.  Your scenario does make a lot of sense and I am sure that it is one of the options that hey are reviewing.  Ultimately however, not having to bulid a mine would be the most logical option for a major. They would just combine both companies and be able to dramatically increase production immediately. Time is money.  Thanks again pal.
