the $.75 it closed at on april 18th.  They should report q1 earnings sometime in the next week or so which may continue to help the price.  Any upward movement in TGZ bodes well for OLE as if and when there is a deal it will most likely be for stock. Whatever the deal is even if they steal us with 2 shares of OLE for 1 share of TGZ it will definitely have an immediate positive effect on both stocks.  Investors will realize that TGZ got a great deal and that OLE will finally be able to exploit their property.  I do not think however that this scenario would happen until TGZ gets their price well over a dollar. I can see TGZ rising after they announce a deal and therefore benefiting OLE as they would secure their mine life at a shareholder friendly price. There is little doubt in my mind that this deal will get done but many of us will have to hold the newly combined company for a while if we want to recoup our money or make a profit in the long run.  I believe that OLE can trade at $.75 or higher after a deal is announced and digested by investors as TGZ will make it a point to stress what a great combination OLE and TGZ make.  Comments?
