Probably Arlene but OLE's fully diluted options which total about 13.5 million shares average $1.08 of which the cheapest start at $.65 and the most expensive at $1.30.  Since it appears we will not get anything close to that average I chose the 137.5 million share figure.  I would forget about fully diluted for now as I believe most of OLE's managements options (except maybe the $.65's will be worthless). The silver lining here is that if and when we combine with TGZ we should be getting in at a very low valuation and have a good bit of upside potential for those of us who decide to stick around.
