OLE is trading like it wants to go higher...

than the offer price.  Ask GF he is in real estate. When you make an offer on a house you start low and then negotiate with the seller.  TGZ will probably now ait for a counter offer or start talking directly with OLE to hammer something out.  The starting point is .582 shares of TGZ. It will take a while but we got the ball rolling.
