Comet I beileve that now that they have an offer they can open negotiations.  I believe OLE will eventually come to an agreement at somewhere around .70 shares or 20% higher than the .582 and the BOD will approve it.  Remember TGZ initiated the offer.  Now they wait for a reply and meet somewhere in the middle. Like I said it will be a while but today TGZ took the most important step.
