The " rumor" was that the price in 2011/dec was around $1.50-... and Bendin would take the shares and immediaztely cash the shares or RBC had them pre sold....... and they havent forgotten....sounds very complicated..... (but) it seemed that TG had a plan on paying off Bendon in future caash from produced Gold... and w/ the Mackie target of $2.20-, and the origiinal TG IPO was $3. I think the promoters of this Deal are saying Tg would have theyre 2011 price very quickly after the Merged closing.
