Both AGM's
Both AGM'sgot the Proxy.. W/ 25% in their pocket, wonder how much TG can egt for votes. I bet they get all they need on the Deal.... but they gotta come up, and they have abt a month before both Agm's. And Tg has MDL breathing down there neck.
