Proxy... boy this site is tough to access now..... but i suspect we might hear more info from TG rasther tyhan Ole. As is their habit, i bet Ole goes undergrtound until the very last possible minute. I got 2 different time frames... one Co rep said they need to respoind in 15 days, another referenced the Offers July 30 date.... but w/ the AGM's the 17, 18, i suspect we get something by then as TG calls for the proxy vote prior, so maybe they will push for the Vote, or maybe Ole will intervene and openly enter into negotiations.
