frankman, you keep posting about this lawsuit, sell ratings and other negative news about ole but its had two 40-50% moves from oversold conditions in the past two months. yes, i know its down huge in the last 6 months but tell me what junior isnt, but its all about the present opportunity. maybe your a shareholder maybe your not ( if not, it begs the question why would anyone waste their time posting on stocks they dont own?) or maybe your just being overly cautious in deciding whether or not to average down, which i can respect. anyways, my opinion is a deal will be done by end of month or shortly after, there are too many losers if this does not eventually go through.
