RE:Interested Parties CommentHey GF.  You are not the only one that thinks we may get a bit more in stock from TGZ.  I do as well.  I just find it interesting that they state that the have other interested parties.  These are official documents coming from the company so one would assume that they are true.  The third parties may be the same ones that Bendon said are interested.  They may offer cash which is what Bendon wants instead of stock.  Public OLE would need a much, much higher cash offer to turn down TGZ's stock offer as a TGZ/OLE combination has lots of growth potential for public OLE holders. I do not think that OLE has to receive the same payment as Bendon.  They are two seperate 43.5% holders and can probably negotiate their own deals if they modify their original agreement.

All of my shares are Canadian OLE and I have not tendered a share.
