RE:This agreement is very good news...I would expect an agreement with Bendon in the near future (no later than the end of the summer if not sooner). This would give the investment community much more clarity and confidence in TGZ going forward. TGZ analysts would be able to predict production for the coming years and probably upgrade the stock. Upcoming TGZ q2 earnings will be interesting as they should have more cash to pay Bendon. Also the fact that they pushed some of that debt back a year helps their cash situation. All just my opinion. By the way Parks was right when he said 2 or 3 months ago that it would be somewhere around .6 shares of TGZ.
