Lets see waht the sp does, and we'll all watch carefully as to what Bendon does. I would be interested to anyone here that has experience in these type of Mergers. And what the sp usually does. I know Bendon will have a big affect, but does it  (usually)meet the b/o price right away or wait till the Closing time..... and btw, i did hear that Tg can pay Bendon  a different fee  b/o amount than they paid Ole public..... and ole wants to make sure all Tender their votes,,, they may even employ that same  Kingsdale Group who worked for TG  to telecom the ole votes,,,, as its a concern.
