After thinking about those of us that could not tender like us in Florida, I believe that OLE will keep trading in conjuction with TGZ's price to give us holders the opportunity to be able to participate in the movement of TGZ during this period of delivery.  IR at TGZ (which is great by the way) told me that they will meet in August then again in early October on the issue.  It would only be fair for all shareholders to be able to trade in this period of transition.
