Any guesses on what TGZ will have to pay in order to finalize....a deal with Bendon? I would assume that any deal will be back end loaded (royalties and maybe yearly payments....) as it would be less costly in the short term and less dilutive for TGZ. I believe that the government of Senegal will have a significant influence in these negotiations. They want this deal done asap. Remember in the end they own a percentage of the combined company and in essence the land as well.
