One Year Anniversay Celebration?

I think the sweepstates going on here is great. But we should start planning for the 1 year anniversay of when OLE had to admit that b/o discussions were underway; recall:

December 07, 2011
News Release
"In response to a request by the Market Surveillance department of the TSX, Oromin Explorations Ltd. (the "Company") confirmed today that it is currently in discussions that could lead to a potential acquisition of the Company. There can be no assurance that any transaction will occur, or as to the timing, structure or terms of any transaction. The Company does not intend to make any further public announcements relating to the potential transaction unless it concludes that they are warranted..."

The fact 7 December is also Pearl harbor Day is, of course, just a coincidence. So, how do you plan to celebrate this anniversay, should it occur? Or should we have another sweepstakes on if it will occur? Cheers all!

G1: All (sadly) true. I plan to celebrate with a cake with black frosting (friends did that for my 50th birthday)...

G1: Any idea how much the buyout was for?  As I recall, others heard that Chet was informally offered $1.50 and $2.00 several years ago...way before most drll results.  Also, if they were ready to sign, that meas the offer was made "formally"..isn't that material & should be disclosed? h1
