OLE was almost sold back in Q4 2011...

I believe it could have been sold last year for a price that was obviously not enough for management.  The feasibility study will be the final piece of this puzzle.  Management has now gone without drilling for about 5 quarters.  A project cannot stay dormant that long and not be sold or go into production.  That fact alone tells me that they will sell or merge with the company that gives them the best opportunity to participate in the development of the property.

I also believe that the small credit facility they received pretty much eliminates them building a mill. They needed a little cushion to review their best option as far as a partner. However, time is money and the longer they wait they risk not taking advantage of these high gold prices.

OLE said about two months ago that it would be a mid Janaury release (due to the holidays). I think this is what's bringing the SP down a bit.  You have to do what you say you are going to do. Then again, anyone who knows OLE, knows that tardiness is commonplace here.
