"We believe that the current effective price offered is on the light side, given the value to TGZ of this asset." Got this quote from Grandich an I too believe it is light. Guys they can get more than the .582 shares TGZ. They will not take TGZ's FIRST offer but I believe that they will come to an agreement sometime this summer at around .70 shares of TGZ give or take 5%. JMHO
