You can find an exact date but is was between June 2009 and 2010 the same period that Chet's holding fell to between 0 and 9.9% Why not agree to this price as Teranga will be the only bidder on what is still a deposit with loads of capex needs and a difficult JV. Latter is probably one reason why OLE caused it to be hostile and provides yet another reason not to pay
