the sp is where it was a few weeks ago when everyone agreed it was totally pathetic and could not possibly get any worse. a little manipulation to tank it a bit more and now a ridiculous offer which a lot of people appear pleased about. crazy,if you ask me. some of us waited 8 or 9 years for this? unbelievable.

I agree with your statement %100. Chet would have to be crazy to recommend shareholders give up their shares for this offer. Although I wouldnt be surprised if chet did recommmend this and then he is offered a position on the board of directors with a nice fat load of cheap options. Nothing would surprise me about this guy.
