Another point to consider is that MDL's % ownership will be  diluted by the issuing of shares to purchase Oromin. 

They will in essence have less influence once the Ole acquasition takes place.  If they were ever going to make a move to stack the board, this will probably be their last  chance.

You're right my man. Chet will get a seat at the board. That's the only way these guys approve this deal.
