It appears Tg will hold BOD control over the MDL dissidents... Sending a strong and clear message to Ole as to who is in Charge.... Chet and Bendon therefore could negotiate and make a decision (before) the TG AGM which is the day after Ole's meeting...... this is a big hurdle.
