You can forget about logic because there is no logic here but......
why would Bendon hold out? They said that there were other companies that were interested when they initially talked about the law suit. Chet and company wants to combine with TGZ in order to have the ability to grow in the future but apparently Bendon just wants the cash. How much cash? Who knows but it is incredible that supposed partners cannot decide what the best course is at this point.
