thanks Geezer.... TG agm on webcast thursday morn...... this meeting is big for Ole. They got rid of MDl's bod nominees, which was a problem...now they need approval to Buy Ole. Increasing their shares from 240 mil to (at least)  320 mil isnt a slam dunk. Likely,,, but  no slam dunk.
