..something happen late today... volume at 269 thou, but sp down to 27 cents...  did ole mgmt announce soemthing .... or is soemone bailing b/c of the bendon legal?... fyi, Tg sounds pretty confident of their legal ability to the deal. As long as they merge the Public Ole entity. Comments?
