Does Anyone Know

Due to vacation i missed the tender date by one day.

Does anyone know what will happen with those OLE share holders that did not tender?
I've contacted both companies and neither one has responded.

News releases have stated that TGZ will go after the remaining shares but not sure what that really means.

Thanks

I spoke to my broker, and he confirmed the required number of tendered shares have been met for the merger. There is no bifurcation of shares, so whether you tendered or not (being that some states, including my own state of Florida, couldn't tender), all shares will be moved to TGZ. That's what I was told. Anyone heard any different?  Best Roro
