Why would Glencore partner?Glencore needs feeds for their smelters so they are partnering with teams that can get non core assets like these in their portfolio into production quickly. They take larger stakes in company as a result and have off take secured. Glencore will own 30% of OM.v also gaining access to pinepoint offtake which they need as well. Pine point once developed will be the 9th largest zinc mine by annually production, Glencore is the largest zinc player in the world. Plus they get seats on our board. I recommend anyone that is doing an hour of homework by googiling is not getting the full picture, if you are a serious investor give the company a call, they are happy to share facts and not the noise.
