Its also obvious that Quentin30 doesn't understand very well since Fast Track, Priority Review, and Breakthrough Status serve to reduce the FDA’s review time for approval

In contrast, Accelerated Approval shortens the Sponsor’s clinical development time by granting a conditional approval while the Sponsor conducts a confirmatory trial while the drug is being marketed and earning revenue.

I don't know how many times I have expalined this process but those like Quentin30 don't seem to comprehend it.
